Tom Hale, Oura

Tom Hale has spent three decades turning breakthrough consumer technology into category-defining businesses, and since 2022 he's done it as CEO of Oura, the company that made the smart ring mainstream. Before Oura, he helped scale and take public companies including Momentive (SurveyMonkey) and HomeAway, with earlier leadership roles at Adobe and Macromedia. Oura's ring reads the signals your body sends overnight and turns them into a daily measure of sleep, recovery, and readiness; health intelligence from the frontier of wearable science, now worn by millions of members worldwide.
