Younger Workout: Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is one of Dr. Glorioso's favorite workouts for turning back the clocks. It's a hot yoga class (95 degrees) with weights and a cardio burst in the middle. It counts for balance, flexibility, resistance training, HIIT, sauna, community, and meditation, checking multiple boxes at once for your training. Tomi will be teaching who is one of Christin's favorite instructors. You will need to bring a mat and a water bottle or you can purchase them there.
