Sushi Making 101 Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and learn how to create your own fresh sushi rolls like a pro? You are in for a special treat! In this highly interactive and hands-on class, your chef instructor will enrich you with tips and tricks of making delicious sushi rolls, from preparing the perfect sushi rice, cutting the fresh ingredients properly, and the art of rolling. This casual and easy to follow class will surely engage all your senses! All participants will make three variations - California Rolls, Vegetable Futomaki, and Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls. Bring your curiosity and appetite! You can be confident this class will be an absolute delight whether the occasion is for a family activity, team building event, or surprising your partner on a romantic date. Guests will work in groups throughout the class, sharing equipment and ingredients. Booking parties will sit together. Outside drinks are not allowed.
