We are excited to announce Koemigaki - Voice Wellness Workshop in San Jose! This program, widely offered across Japan, is now coming to California as a new approach to healthcare. This event will be held in Japanese. Koe-Migaki® Voice Wellness Workshop Friday, September 25, 2026 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Senior Club Members: $10 Non-members: $20 Have you recently noticed: • Your voice feels weaker or harder to project? • Your voice gets hoarse easily? • You cough or choke more often when speaking or eating? Just like the body, the muscles around the throat and mouth gradually weaken over time. However, with gentle and consistent movement, they can be strengthened and improved at any age. In this workshop, you will: ✔ Learn how to develop a clearer, stronger voice ✔ Practice simple mouth exercises to help reduce the risk of choking ✔ Improve articulation through gentle and effective training This is not a singing class, but a daily “voice care” practice for your health and well-being. When your voice becomes stronger, you feel more confident connecting with others, and even going out becomes something to look forward to. Come and experience this positive change for yourself!
