Spend a morning of movement and connection together! This parent/child yoga class is designed for children ages 4-8 and a grown-up, blending gentle movement, breathwork, and social-emotional learning to help kids explore their feelings with curiosity and courage. Class will take place on the front lawn, allowing a chance to connect with the beautiful natural surroundings of Gamble Garden. Pricing Member Cost: Adults $16 / Children $8 Non-Member Cost: Adults $20 / Children $10 Required Materials Please bring a large towel, blanket, or two yoga mats for you and your child. Instructor Bio Stephanie Le is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and Rainbow Yoga-trained kids’ instructor with over a decade of personal practice. She specializes in yoga for children and families, blending movement, breathwork, and social-emotional learning to help kids explore their feelings.
