A dinner featuring Philip Togni wines paired with a multi-course menu. With a legacy spanning eight decades, Philip Togni has helped shape the history of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. From crafting the landmark 1969 vintage at Chappellet to establishing his own estate, Togni’s wines have earned their place among the region’s enduring classics, celebrated for their elegance, structure, and age-worthiness. Today, his daughter Lisa Togni, who has served as winemaker at the estate since 2007, carries this legacy forward while guiding its next chapter. Please join us at Selby’s for an intimate evening celebrating the wines and legacy of Philip Togni, guided by Lisa Togni herself.
