Sunday Sound Bath with Hugo

Reset your week and start fresh for upcoming week, recharged and relaxed! 🌙✨ 🌙 End your week with deep calm and begin the new one with fresh energy. On Sunday evening, we invite you to lay back, breathe, and let the healing power of sound wash over you. This sound bath is designed as a gentle close to the week—helping you release stress, restore balance, and align your energy so you step into Monday refreshed, intentional, and motivated. Think of it as your weekly reset button—a sanctuary where you can let go of the noise and find your inner stillness. ✨ What You’ll Experience • Immersive Sound Healing: A journey of vibration and resonance with crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, handpan, and soothing instruments that create a deeply restorative soundscape. • Relaxation & Release: Gentle guidance into a meditative state, giving your mind and body the chance to fully let go. • Energy Reset: Harmonizing sounds that clear tension and support inner alignment—so you leave lighter, clearer, and more centered. • Intention Setting for the Week: A quiet moment to reflect and focus on what you’d like to welcome into the week ahead—be it energy, clarity, or purpose. 🌌 Who This Is For • Anyone seeking deep relaxation and stress release • Those wanting to reset before the work week • Beginners and experienced meditators alike—no prior experience needed 🌿 Why a Sunday Sound Bath? Sundays are the threshold between endings and beginnings. It’s a natural time to reflect on the week that has passed and prepare yourself for what’s next.
