Her Network - A Meetup for Women in Business

Join us for Her Network: Real talk, real connections - for women who are building something great. Her Network: Be a Little (or a LOT) Delusional! Her Network is a monthly meetup for women who own or lead small businesses in the Kyle/Buda/San Marcos area. A space to connect, share what's working, and get real about what isn't. This month's focus: Audacity. And what happens when you give yourself permission to want more than feels safe. Here's something the research actually shows: people who slightly overestimate their abilities outperform people who are perfectly calibrated. A little overconfidence - a little delulu - is a competitive advantage. Women tend to underestimate. Men tend to overestimate. And men get further faster because of it. So this month we're asking: where did you stop? Where did you talk yourself out of the thing? Where did you decide you weren't allowed to go further? Because every business that exists was started by someone who believed in something that didn't exist yet. That's not logic. That's audacity. Join us October 6th at Kyle Public Library. What to expect: • Open networking • Small group discussions where you'll name the story, question it, and hear it reflected back • Leave with at least one new connection and a clearer picture of what you actually know Who this is for: Women who own or lead a small business and are ready to stop waiting until they feel ready. Free to attend. Spots are limited.
