Off the Record: A Health AI Leaders Dinner

There is no stage, panel, or presentation. The value of the evening is the other fifteen people at the table—and a candid conversation about the questions that are difficult to discuss in larger rooms: Why clinical reasoning still breaks when models encounter a real patient journey—and whether any proposed fix holds up beyond the benchmark. Which evaluation methods teams trust, what those methods consistently miss, and what organizations are being forced to build in-house. What longitudinal real-world clinical data is actually worth—including provenance, consent, and which sources withstand both scientific and legal scrutiny. Which care-delivery problems are worth tackling next, from supporting tumor boards and ambient documentation to interpreting patient histories too complex for any clinician to review end to end.
