Women of SaaS San Francisco – Leading the AI-First Team

Leading the AI-First Team As AI agents become part of the team, leadership is evolving from managing execution to orchestrating people, agents, and judgment. How do leaders decide what to delegate, what to own, and where human judgment matters most? And what does this mean for developing the next generation of managers? Join us to explore, exchange experiences and leave with actionable ideas for navigating your own leadership career in an AI-first workplace. 🎙️ Two formats, one evening Offline podcast: Think of your favorite podcast, but live and in the room. Two leaders sit down for an unscripted conversation about how they lead with AI, and you get to listen in on the candid, behind-the-scenes talk you'd normally only hear over coffee. Fireside chat: A more intimate, interactive conversation with [Name, Title], where your questions help steer the discussion. 👏 A huge thank you to our event partner Santa Clara University Graduate Women in Business for hosting and supporting women in SaaS. 📍Santa Clara University, Sobrato Campus for Discovery and Innovation Building (SCDI) - Room 1302/1308 🎯 Agenda 5:30 PM | Arrival, drinks & networking 5:45 PM | Welcome from Women of SaaS & GWIB 5:55 PM | Offline podcast Ashley Faus, Marketing Leader, Atlassian Becca Chambers, aka "Becca from LinkedIn," CMO, Scale Venture Partners 6:20 PM | Keynote "Leadership in the AI era" by Bhargs Srivathsan, Customer Succes Leader, AWS 6:25 PM | Fireside chat with Bhargs Srivathsan, Customer Succes Leader, AWS Nunazzahra Dhahrulsalam, aka "Zara", GWiB Co-President, SCU GWiB 6:45 PM | Speed networking, food & drinks 8:00 PM | See you next time Invite your colleagues and friends, we hope to see you there. ✨ Your Women of SaaS team 💛 P.S.
