HYROX Training Sessions @ The Camp TC

90 Minute HYROX Training Sessions DAYSHIFT is Underground HC's performance training experience led by HYROX Certified Coaches and built for athletes who want structured coaching, race-specific programming, and a community that pushes each other. Our sessions are designed to build the skills and confidence you need to perform come race day. We limit our class size to ensure all athletes get the attention they deserve. Unlike a traditional fitness class, every session follows a structured performance plan with coaching focused on technique, movement efficiency, and race execution. No egos. Just output. BUILT UNDERGROUND. PROVEN ABOVE.
