The Super El Niño Jamboree

A joyful preparedness party with music and community! The Super El Niño is coming! But don't get scared, get prepared, at this all-ages, joyful preparedness party. That's right, let's get learned up on this wily weather phenomenon and how it may impact us here in Southern California this winter. Nature-based folk and newgrass singer-songwriter Man of the Flower (Mason Flink) leads a program of music and informative (and fun!) preparedness planning, featuring special expert guests, animal friends, and local musicians. Kiddos are invited to make a craft and join in our Weather Pageant onstage, and everyone is welcome to peruse a Resource Fair of climate, sustainability, and disaster preparedness orgs from across the Southland. Lean into curiousity and community as we prepare for a wet winter -- together!
