Aldea Franchise Open House - San Jose

Come learn about our franchise opportunities and meet the team behind Aldea’s exciting new ventures! Curious about bringing Aldea to your community? Come see it for yourself. Join us for an exclusive Franchise Open House at our San Jose store — a behind-the-scenes look at what it means to own and operate an Aldea Home & Baby. For 20 years, Aldea has built more than a store. We've built a community — one rooted in trust, expertise, and genuine care for the families we serve. Now, we're bringing that model to new markets through franchising, and we'd love to show prospective operators exactly what that looks like in action. What to expect: • A guided tour of our San Jose flagship, from the sales floor to the back of house • A conversation with our leadership team about the Aldea franchise model — training systems, vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations • An inside look at how we build community with both customers and staff • Q&A on franchise investment, territory availability, and next steps • Light refreshments and time to connect with the Aldea team Who should attend: Entrepreneurs and business owners interested in a boutique retail concept with a proven track record, strong community roots, and full operational support — no prior baby/home retail experience required .Space is limited. Please RSVP to reserve your spot. Learn more or apply in advance: We can't wait to show you what makes Aldea different. Warmly, Johanna Bialkin, Founder & CEO, Aldea Home & Baby
