Deepening Into Sovereignty: Breath, Sound and Movement

A free afternoon gathering in Scotts Valley, using breath, sound and movement to come home to our authenticity, the root of our sovereignty. At this time, our society has become so fractured that it's hard to stay connected with ourselves. This afternoon is for coming back to honor our authenticity, which is the root of our sovereignty. We'll use breath, sound, and movement to connect inward, and from there, outward to each other. Whether you've joined us before or this is your first time, you're welcome. When and where Saturday, November 14, 1:00 to 3:00 PM, in Scotts Valley. The exact location is sent by email when you register. An energy exchange Offered freely, with no charge to attend. In the spirit of giving back to the land, I do encourage an energy exchange, a contribution to the Amah Mutsun Land Trust, honoring the original stewards of this land, in whatever amount feels right to you.
