Diridon Station San Carlos St & Park Ave Projects Neighborhood Meeting

Come learn about how the Diridon Station San Carlos St and Park Avenue projects may affect you and give feedback on proposed changes! The Diridon Station Program is a collection of proposed projects organized into two groups: Station Elements and Southern Roadway Projects. The goal is for Diridon Station to accommodate future growth and ridership, connect different transit systems, and integrate with planned land use in the City of San José downtown area. Station Elements are parts of the station that will be added or changed, such as the tracks, platforms, concourse, historic depot, and more. Southern Roadway Projects will modify street crossings where Park Avenue, San Carlos Street, Auzerais Avenue, and West Virginia Street meet the train tracks. Park Avenue will be narrowed to allow for adjacent land to be developed. The existing San Carlos Street roadway bridge will be replaced as the current one is substandard. This neighborhood meeting is a great opportunity to learn more about how you may be affected, and give input on your concerns and perspectives on these changes.
