Moon Circle

A space where we sit together under the New Moon, a gentle evening of connection, reflection, with CACAO, DESPACHO and non linear movement. You're invited to a Circle for women in transition, for anyone feeling the quiet (or loud) shift within. This space is for you if: • You're moving through change, whether it's a job loss, a big life shift, or a quiet inner calling to realign • You find yourself between what was and what's next. • You are craving nervous-system calm. • You are curious and want gentle ceremony without overwhelm. • You are longing to connect with others walking a similar path. ☕ We’ll gather to share ceremonial Cacao, reflect on what we are ready to release, create intentions for the cycle ahead. The Cacao will gently support us in opening the heart and reconnect to ourselves and each other. We'll move together through some intuitive non-linear, intuitive movement on our mats, eyes closed, no steps to learn, no "right" way to do it, just letting the body express and release whatever wants to move through it. 🌸 Together, we will build a Despacho, an Andean living prayer, placing flowers, leaves, sweets, and small symbolic offerings onto the paper, each carrying an intention. ( All ingredients will be provided. Feel free to bring a flower, if that feels meaningful.) ✨ This gathering is in a safe, supportive circle. There is nothing you need to know, prepare, or believe. Just come as you are, to soften and slow down. This is not about having all the answers. It is about creating space to listen, to yourself, to one another. Sharing is always optional. No fixing, no pressure, just presence. My hope is that over time this becomes more than a monthly gathering: a circle and a community. 🌀 A place where we can return, reconnect, support one another and perhaps plant small seeds for a more conscious living. 🌿 Join us if you resonate with it.
