A cooking and nutrition class that blends fun, friendly competition with mindful eating by inviting participants to cook nutritious, flavorful meals that support overall well-being. This interactive experience promotes community, creativity, and wellness through the joy of healthy food. In collaboration with the County of Santa Clara Perinatal Equity Initiative (PEI), WOW is committed to supporting women ages 18–48 by promoting healthy lifestyles through physical fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness, while working to reduce barriers, implicit bias, and disparities that impact reproductive health and birth outcomes.
