Short guided meditation, reading, discussion, guidance to mange daily peace and a chanting Format: 1. Brief intro. 2. Namo tassa chant 3x in Pali: “Namo tassa bhagavato arahato samma sambuddhassa” …..(Pali phrase that translates to "Homage to Him, Blessed One, Arahant, truly and completely Awakened One." It is a Buddhist chant that is repeated three times to take refuge in the Triple Gem (which is the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha) 3. Bell 3x 4. Silent sitting 30 min 5. Brief reading
