The Currency Within: A Women’s Half-Day Retreat for Clarity & Intention

Just 8 women. One afternoon of breathwork, ritual, and live angelic harp to prepare for what you want to create in 2027. Make space for what you want to create in 2027 What do you want your life to look and feel like in the year ahead? What dreams, projects, or parts of yourself are ready for more attention? The Currency Within is an intimate half-day retreat for just 8 women to reconnect with themselves and explore who they’re becoming. Your energy, your desires, your voice, and your sense of worth are part of what you bring to the life you create. This afternoon is an invitation to pause, listen, and give those intentions space. What we’ll experience After introductions, we’ll begin with grounding affirmations and gentle guided breathwork, followed by drawing or writing to explore what emerges. After a water break, we’ll move into a gentle intention ritual, followed by visualization accompanied by live angelic harp. We’ll make time for quiet reflection, journaling, and optional sharing before closing our circle with a personal next steptoward what you want to create in 2027. You’ll leave clearer about what you want in 2027, more connected to yourself, and with a first step that feels like yours. Come with a desire, a question, a project, or simply a sense that you’re ready for something new. No previous breathwork, singing, or drawing experience is needed. Every part of the afternoon is an invitation, not a requirement. You’re welcome to participate at your own pace, and sharing is always optional. Your guide Odette Cecilia Ponte brings women together to connect with themselves, share their voices, and explore what they want to create in their lives and work.
