Indulge your mind and palate with tantalizing tales and dishes brought together by Ink & Tides and the talented team at Arts & Central Enjoy a unique pairing of literary and culinary pairings brought to you by Ink & Tides and the Arts & Central Team. We have intertwined three different authors' works with bespoke dishes to bring their words to life on your plate. Gratuity, A Cocktail or Mocktail & One of the three books showcased will be included. Course 1: Golden Beet Nigiri, Jalapeño kettle dust, Pumpkin aioli, Matcha sushi rice inspired by The Love Hypothesis by Ali Hazelwood Course 2: Smoked Wagyu Tri-tip, Lobster créme fraiche, Grilled Sourdough, Herbs inspired by Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke Course 3: Chocolate Mousse, Gold Leaf, Fire Roasted Marshmallow, Raspberry Coulis, (with dry ice & rosemary essence) inspired by Threshing Day by Rebecca Yarros
