Through movement, vocal alchemy, sacred sound, and intuitive energetic practices, we're learning to consciously activate and build the Body Electric. To recharge. To build our light. To reconnect more deeply with ourselves and our bodies. And to begin shifting the outdated patterns and ways of living and leading that no longer honor who we're becoming. Build the Body Electric is an intimate, two-hour, intuitively guided frequency experience bringing together movement, vocal alchemy, sacred sound, auric field and anatomy activations, intuitive teachings, and deep transformational work in a way you may have never experienced before. Every gathering is uniquely created for the people who attend, making this a truly personal and one-of-a-kind experience. We have so many ways of exercising our physical bodies and supporting our health and well-being. But what about our auric field health? In my work, I see our auric field as part of the energetic blueprint through which we experience ourselves and interact with the world around us. What are we carrying? What are we broadcasting and transmitting? And how much of what we're taking in is actually ours? In a world filled with noise, distractions, pressure, and endless information, it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves without even realizing it. And when we're overwhelmed and depleted, it becomes harder to hear ourselves and have the energy, clarity, and capacity to live, lead, create, and build in ways that honor who we truly are. This is why we're building the Body Electric. We're learning to consciously work with our bodies and auric fields, build our energy, strengthen our light, clear out the funk, and deepen our connection to ourselves. Because the way we feel in our bodies and the relationship we have with ourselves influence so much about how we live, the choices we make, our relationships, our creativity, our purpose, and everything we're here to build. EVERY EXPERIENCE IS ONE OF A KIND No two Build the Body Electric gatherings are ever the same. The experience begins before we even enter the room. As you register, I begin intuitively tuning into the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs of those who will be gathering, preparing the frequency field and what may be brought forward for our time together. And once we're in the room, the experience comes alive in a whole new way. The movements, sounds, frequency activations, teachings, channeled messages, and guided practices are all intuitively led and customized in the moment for the group. I'm working with what's present, what's unfolding, and what I sense will best support those who have gathered. You're not entering a class that gets repeated the same way every time. You're entering an intimate frequency field where the experience is created with you and for you. The earlier you register, the more time I have to include you in my intuitive preparation before we gather. THIS IS SO MUCH MORE THAN A TRADITIONAL SOUND BATH Build the Body Electric brings together my unique gifts of intuitive vocal alchemy, sacred sound, guided movement, vocal toning, chanting, anatomy activations, guided meditation, unique teachings and conscious auric field work. Through unique, easy-to-follow movements, whether standing, seated, or a combination of both, we'll get our bodies moving, encourage circulation and lymphatic flow, and work with the intention of building energy and vitality. We'll consciously work with our auric fields through movement, sound, visualization, color rays, frequency, and intention to clear what feels heavy, strengthen our light, and create a clearer connection to ourselves. There will be opportunities for deep inner work, intuitive teachings and channeled messages, personal reflection, and transformation, all woven into an experience that also invites movement, play, creativity, and joy. And while a significant portion of our time will be spent immersed in my signature Sound Current, this is so much more than receiving sound. I use my voice as a living instrument, intuitively channeling, layering, and looping vocal frequencies to create a unique, multidimensional soundscape for the group. Through sacred sound, intuitive vocal transmissions, guided anatomy activations, frequency, color, prayer, and channeled guidance, you're invited into a deeply immersive, visceral experience. I'll also be incorporating my custom-created auric field spray throughout our gathering as part of our energetic practices. Every part of the experience is intuitively woven together with the intention of helping you recharge, reconnect, clear your field, build your light, and feel more deeply connected to your body and yourself.
