Writing in Nature Workshop

This workshop focuses on the relationship between humans and the natural environment! Join us for an enriching series of workshops scheduled for Tuesdays, September 22 and October 6, as well as Saturday, October 17, from 1:00 to 2:30 pm. These sessions delve into the intricate relationship between humans and the natural environment, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature in a meaningful way. Participants will embark on a guided walk, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings while observing the wonders of nature up close. After the walk, we'll reconvene for creative writing exercises and practice, inspired by your experiences and observations. This workshop is designed to not only enhance your appreciation for the environment but also to refine your writing skills in a supportive and collaborative setting. Saratoga Arts made this program possible through the Community Arts Regrant Program, funded by the New York State Council on the Arts with the support of the office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature. Don't miss this chance to deepen your connection with nature and express it through the art of writing.
