Join guest speaker Dr. John Bennett, Chief of Occupational Me, in person to explore ways to stay healthy through the holiday season. Heading Into the Holidays: Diabetes Prevention for a Healthy Season is an in-person event for the local community. Join guest speaker Dr. John Bennett as he walks through ways to stay healthy for a joyous season, with a focus on diabetes prevention. While this event is free to the public we do require you to RSVP so we can calculate attendance. A healthy box lunch will be provided.
