The Reset

A yoga and meditation experience to recharge your mind, restore your body, and realign your spirit. Come as you are. Leave as yourself. The Reset is a monthly community experience designed for those who are ready to slow down, come back to their body, and reconnect in a space that holds them. Through guided movement, breathwork, reflection, mindfulness practices, journaling, and intentional stillness, participants are invited to cultivate greater awareness of themselves and their experiences. There is no expectation to perform, share, or have everything figured out. Simply come as you are. Each Reset offers an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend time in meaningful movement, healing, and connection. 100% of proceeds go directly to charities and nonprofits doing real work in our community.
