Mellow Moon Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a sunset yoga session followed by serene sound healing under the stars. Go with the mellow flow at this moonlit yoga session under the stars, which shine brighter in Paradise Valley due to the town’s low light pollution. Relax and unwind with deliberately slow and gentle movement while you admire the dramatic Camelback Mountain views as the sun sets. After 45 minutes of yoga led by Cortney Halstead, wind down the night with a 30-minute sound healing session led by Cary Ballou, featuring Tibetan singing bowls to create vibrations that will relax body and mind, paired with a celestial meditation. See you under the moon. $29 | includes class & self-parking B.Y.O.M. | bring your own mat
