I'll guide you into a comfortable state, then take you through an immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, and other sound healing instruments. You don't need to meditate. You don't need to understand energy work. You don't need to be “good” at relaxing. You just need to show up and get comfortable. Your brain may cooperate immediately.
