And these emotional weight punish our bodies that most times we don’t recognize: like that anxiety, depression, bursts of anger, moodiness, stiff shoulders, back pains, shallow breaths, bursts of tears, sickness, and the void in our stomach that makes us feel unsafe, insecure, and deeply alone. You are the reason we do what we do. We create a space for women to release this emotional weight, remember herself again, and to remember how to feel alive again within her body. We start each session with a short feminine connection practice and intention for one another. Within 60 minutes, you will be lying down to receive, from Jules, guidance back into your body to remember how to love that self (through breathing technique and guided meditation). The sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums will immediately put your mind and body into a state of peace. This method has been scientifically proven to regulate your nervous system which influences your brain to turn back up optimism, gradual clarity in your decisions, a lightness-love for life, and release of tensions or emotions in the body. And Reiki will help to realign your energy system within the body to bring balance, health and well being into you. There will be a mini counseling by Gema for each individual after the session. What to do: Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. These will be provided: Yoga Mat, Knee Bolster, Blanket, Sleep Mask Please arrive at 12:45pm.
