From there, you’ll be guided into a powerful breathwork journey using the breath to move energy, release what you’ve been holding, and create space within the mind and body. A beautiful blend of ritual, breath, and connection—come as you are, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.
