The Path to Peace Workshop

A 2-hour experiential workshop with simple practices to help you pause, be present, and create more peace in your everyday life. The Path to Peace is a two-hour experiential workshop inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and explore simple practices for bringing more peace and intention into everyday life. Together, we’ll explore: • The Power of the Pause — Discover what can happen when you create space to slow down and simply notice. • Being Present — Practice simple ways to bring yourself back to the here and now. • Responding vs. Reacting — Explore the stories and assumptions we create and learn to Pause → Notice → Question → Choose. • Connection — Experience what it means to feel seen, heard, loved, and valued. Expect a welcoming combination of guided exercises, journaling, reflection, and conversation. No previous mindfulness experience is needed, and sharing is always optional. Come as you are. Give yourself two hours to pause, be present, and explore what a little more peace could look like in your everyday life.
