Be sure to sign up early as space is limited. All training levels are welcome, from beginners to experts. Please arrive 10-15 mins early, bring hydration and a towel if you’d like! By registering for this event, you will be required to sign a CS Training release waiver located in my IG bio or QR code when you arrive. By registering for this event, you will be required to sign a CS Training release waiver on site!
