Together, we’ll move through a restorative journey of rhythm and sound designed to reflect the transition of the season. Fall Equinox: A Journey of Rhythm, Sound & Rest As summer begins to soften into fall and the hours of daylight grow shorter, the Fall Equinox offers a natural moment to pause. It is a season traditionally associated with balance, harvest, gratitude, and reflection, a chance to appreciate what the brighter, more active months have brought into our lives, release what we no longer need to carry, and create space for the quieter season ahead. Join us for a special Fall Equinox experience with Toby Christensen, The Healing Drummer; musician and sound healing practitioner, Annie Carenbauer musician and sound healing practitioner; and Soullective founder Emily Sabounchi. Together, we’ll move through a restorative journey of rhythm and sound designed to reflect the transition of the season. Guests will experience the journey lying comfortably on a yoga mat, allowing the sounds and rhythms to move around and through the space. No previous experience with meditation, sound baths, or similar practices is needed. What to Bring: We encourage you to bring anything that will help you feel especially comfortable while lying down, such as a yoga mat, a blanket, pillow, bolster, warm socks, or an eye mask. How to Prepare: Wear comfortable attire. If you are unable to lay down for a long period of time, please let us know so we may prepare a chair for a seated session. Your Hosts Toby Christensen — The Healing Drummer Toby Christensen, known as The Healing Drummer, is a musician, sound healer, and shamanic practitioner who has spent decades exploring the power of rhythm, sound, and consciousness to create positive change. With his signature blend of drumming, energy, humor, and heart, Toby creates experiences that invite people to reconnect with their own rhythm, release what they are ready to leave behind, and make space for greater joy, purpose, and possibility. Annie Carenbauer — Musician & Sound Healing Practitioner Annie Carenbauer is a certified Somatic Sound Healing Practitioner through Mind Body Music Center and a lifelong musician with a love for exploring sound in all its forms. Drawing from her background in singing and guitar, she loves creating experiences that use sound to slow down and foster a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and one another. Emily Sabounchi — Founder & Curator, Soullective Space Emily Sabounchi is the founder and curator of Soullective Space, a community-centered platform bringing people together through sound, wellness, creativity, and meaningful shared experiences. A Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner with training in Evidence-Based Sound Therapy, Akashic Sound and Multidimensional Healing™, and Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki, Emily creates and curates spaces that foster connection, reflection, and community.
