Join us for a fun and festive afternoon making a show stopping croquembouche! Join us for a fun and festive afternoon making a show stopping croquembouche! We'll be teaching you how to make classic pate choux for cream puffs, a delicious vanilla diplomat cream to fill them, and beautiful spun sugar (candy floss) to decorate your tower. You'll leave with a beautiful full tower croquembouche and the recipe to re-create it at home! Tickets are non-refundable, but you can give them to a friend/family member if you can't make it!
