Inward | Reiki, Breathwork & Sound Healing

A guided Reiki, Breathwork & Sound Healing experience supporting nervous system regulation, release, and intentional renewal. As summer fades and the signs of autumn arrive, nature begins to shift. The days grow shorter. The air begins to cool. What was once bright, expansive, and outward slowly turns toward rest, reflection, and release. INWARD is an immersive evening of Breathwork, Reiki, and Sound healing inspired by this seasonal transition. Together, Cameron and Adam will guide you through a grounding journey designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and begin releasing what you no longer want to carry into the season ahead. Through guided breathwork, we will create space to feel, soften, and let go. Reiki will be woven throughout the experience to support relaxation, grounding, and energetic balance, followed by an immersive sound bath designed for deep rest and integration. Autumn reminds us that release is not an ending. It is part of the natural rhythm of making space. A clearing. A softening. A return to what matters. This evening is an invitation to honor the closing of summer, welcome the beginning of autumn, and turn your attention inward before stepping into the quieter months ahead. No previous experience with breathwork, Reiki, or sound healing is necessary. What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable lying down for an extended period. Eye masks are welcome for deeper relaxation. Wear comfortable, layered clothing to stay warm during the sound bath. Come as you are. Breathe deeply. Release gently. Turn inward. Contraindications: This experience involves conscious connected breathwork, which may not be suitable for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular issues, high blood pressure, epilepsy, severe asthma, recent surgery, or serious mental health conditions such as psychosis. If you are unsure whether this practice is appropriate for you, please consult a healthcare professional before attending. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and participate at your own comfort level.
