Ken Stringfellow - new album preview listening party + live set

Listen to my upcoming album with me in the studio where it was made! And I'll play some songs live too. A year ago I was diagnosed with Stage IV cancer, and started treatment immediately. Tours were canceled to accomodate my treatment regimen, and I spent three months just concentrating on my radiation therapy. With this glimpse of mortality, my creative life began to glow. As I live on bonus time now, I have experienced a deepening of my emotional life, my creative life, my life as an observer of this glorious spectacle of earthly existence. An album has arisen from this period, and will be released next spring. But the music is finished, and I really want people to start hearing this music, so I am going to do a sneak preview and play the album in my studio, where I recorded every note, over our incredible world-class sound system. I'll be on hand to discuss the album and take questions, and then I'll play a few tunes live to round out the evening. Only a few places are available for this unique event. Hope to see you there! For now, this is the only way to hear this music. This event will be in my studio in Bothell. To get the address, you must buy a ticket to the event; the address will be emailed to you that morning. For planning purposes, the studio is in Canyon Park. As it's a working studio, no food will be allowed during the event, however BYOB is OK as long as the beverage is in a re-sealable container. Let's build a spill free future, America!
