LANDROID, Blackpool Astronomy, Beatrix Sky

Hailing from Landers, California, in the Mojave Desert, LANDROID creates cinematic synthpop that blends shoegaze, dreamwave, and noir-soaked psychedelia. Led by Cooper Gillespie and Greg Gordon, with Nigel Roman recently joining the lineup, the band has been described by Rival Magazine as “channeling the vibes of a neo-noir crime drama set to testimonials from Art Bell’s Coast to Coast AM.” Drawing comparisons to Beach House, Still Corners, and Cannons, LANDROID pairs Gillespie’s ethereal vocals and groovy basslines with Gordon’s drums and electronic production and Roman’s atmospheric guitar. Together, they create songs that are lush and melodic, with a live show that builds them into a powerful wall of sound. Their 2026 album, Constellation, unfolds like fragments of memory beamed across multiple timelines. It’s music shaped by the vastness and isolation of the California desert, but equally at home on the dance floor beneath disco lights at midnight. $15 adv ($18.85 after fees) $17 dos ($21.37 after fees)
