You’ll learn how to shape and decorate your mug using slab-building techniques and a variety of textures and tools. This is the perfect class for anyone looking to try pottery, play with design, and leave with a functional piece you’ll actually use. No experience needed! Sunday, November 8| 1:00 PM – 4:30 PM What You’ll Learn: • Slab-building fundamentals • Wrapping and forming a mug • Decorating with stamps, textures, and carving • Attaching handles What’s Included: ✔ Clay, tools, and materials ✔ Step-by-step instruction ✔ Your finished mug is glazed and kiln-fired At Pottering’s, every workshop includes glazing, your way. You can come back during a Glaze Open Studio session (included with your class) and finish your piece yourself, or simply choose your glaze and we’ll take care of it for you. Your finished pottery will be ready for pickup about 5–6 weeks after your class.
