Sound Bath

A restorative sound bath designed to invite deep relaxation and stillness. Join Diana Jemondi, certified sound healer, for an immersive evening of sound, relaxation, and stillness at Sanas Natura. During this one-hour sound bath, Diana will use quartz crystal singing bowls to create layers of resonant sound and vibration. Rather than actively participating, you’ll be invited to simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive the experience. The tones of the bowls create a peaceful environment for slowing down, releasing tension, quieting the mind, and settling into a deeply relaxed state. Sound baths require no previous experience and are accessible to anyone looking for an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and spend an hour simply being. Meet Your Facilitator Diana Jemondi is a certified sound healer, board-certified hypnotherapist, and co-founder of Sanas Natura. Her work explores the connection between mind, body, and spirit, drawing from both formal training and years of experience with holistic and experiential healing practices. For this gathering, Diana brings her training in sound healing to create a welcoming, grounded space where participants can slow down, settle in, and experience the restorative qualities of sound. Her approach is simple: you don’t need to achieve anything or know how to meditate. You’re invited to get comfortable, listen, and allow the experience to unfold.
