Yoga Sound Bath

Unwind with gentle movement and a soothing sound bath in this calming, beginner-friendly experience designed to help you relax and reset. Join us for an evening of Yoga + Sound Bath at the beautiful Beaver Lake Lodge in Sammamish - a candlelit, welcoming space created especially for women ready to slow down and breathe. We'll begin with 45 minutes of gentle stretching and simple breathwork to release tension in the body. No yoga experience needed, and this is not a workout. Then you'll settle in for a 45-minute immersive sound bath using soothing instruments to guide you into deep relaxation and stillness. This experience is perfect if you're feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply craving a peaceful pause from the demands of daily life.
