Our 1-Day Youth Pitching Camp is designed to give young athletes a strong foundation in the fundamentals of throwing and pitching while helping them feel more confident, prepared, and comfortable on the mound. Over 75–90 minutes, athletes will learn the building blocks of effective pitching through hands-on instruction, movement work, and plenty of opportunities to put new skills into action. What We’ll Cover Athletes will be introduced to key components of pitching, including: • Dynamic Warm-Up & Throwing Routines — Learn how to properly prepare the body and arm before throwing. • Throwing Fundamentals — Build a strong foundation for efficient and consistent throwing mechanics. • Pitch Grips & Pitch Design — Learn the basics of how different grips influence movement and pitch characteristics. • Mound Presence — Develop confidence, composure, and a better understanding of how to compete on the mound. • Pitching Fundamentals — Learn the key positions, movements, and concepts that create a repeatable delivery. • Arm Care & Recovery Basics — Understand simple habits that can help athletes take better care of their throwing arm. • Game-Day Routines — Learn how to prepare mentally and physically before taking the mound. • And More! — Athletes will walk away with practical tools and concepts they can continue working on long after camp is over.
