Forest Bathing: Harmonizing with the Seasons

This free forest bathing retreat series invites us to remember the natural rhythms of the Earth. We’ll quiet our minds, awaken our senses, and witness what’s unfolding around and within as we attune to the wisdom of each season. Certified guide, Kelly Bruce, will hold sacred space and lead you on a gentle journey through four seasons, weaving mindfulness, breathwork, forest bathing (Shinrin Yoku) and nature therapy together for a restorative experience. Together, we'll explore, reflect, and strengthen our relationship with ourselves, each other, and the more-than-human-world. We’ll celebrate each season in community with a wild-foraged tea ceremony. Each gathering is an invitation… To heighten our attention and awareness of the medicine of each season. To bear witness to the wisdom that surrounds us and resides within. To deepen our relationship with nature, our community, and ourselves. To remember that we are not separate from nature, we are nature. Kelly Bruce is a writer, forest therapy guide and nature connection mentor based in Hendersonville, NC. Her mission is to inspire others to explore and deepen their relationship with nature, community and self.
