A Fall Wine Dinner featuring Overbluff Cellars

Overbluff Cellars is teaming up with Spokane's Barrelhouse for a Fall Wine Dinner. Seats are limited for this 5-course meal and wine pairing Join us at Spokane Barrelhouse’s first five course wine dinner, an autumn-inspired celebration featuring the wines of Overbluff Cellars. Created by Chefs Julia Robinson and Dustin Olson, this thoughtfully curated menu reflects their experience as fine dining chefs. Each seasonal course is carefully paired to complement its accompanying wine. First Course: Seared Pork Belly on a bed of apple slaw tossed in pink peppercorn vinaigrette, smoked rosemary jus and candied dates. Paired with Viognier Second Course: Wild Mushroom Soup with lacinato kale, red bell peppers, yellow curry and a hint of habanero. Garnished with pepitas and cilantro oil. Paired with Dry Reisling Third Course: Alaskan Cod, butternut squash puree, fried fennel, with cranberry blackberry gastrique. Paired with LSD Cabernet Sauvignon Fourth Course: Duality Syrah Braised Lamb, rainbow carrots and creamy polenta.
