Kids Aerial Silks 3-week series

SAFETY: Thick crash pads are always used under the silks, and students should be prepared to learn safety rules. Face masks are always encouraged but not required. PARENTS: When registering your child, please create an account in their name. Use your email and billing address, but their name and information. Please sign the liability waiver on behalf of your child. Note that all-access punchcards from Coil do not apply to this course. WHAT TO WEAR? Long leggings or tights with shorts are recommended on aerial silks. Ensure that your belly and armpits are covered for comfort and ease; the fabric will be pressed against these areas in some postures where the skin is sensitive. Long hair should be tied back, fingernails must be of a reasonable trimmed length, and absolutely no jewelry should be worn during class; this is both for your safety and to prevent tears in our aerial silks. Bring a water bottle and a towel for sweat if necessary.
