This free, in-person class will walk you through the homebuying process step by step, including loan options and how down payment assistance works. Hosted by Aislinn "Ace" Becktold (Keller Williams Realty Spokane) and Carrie Eutsler (New American Funding), this WSHFC-endorsed class meets the education requirement for elligibility and access to all Washington State Housing Finance Commission programs, and you will receive a certificate of participation at the conclusion of the event that will be valid until November 8, 2028.
