Flow Over The River

Join us for a peaceful evening of yoga at the historic Old Chain of Rocks Bridge. Flow Over The River It's all water under the bridge! Let the worries of the week fade! Join us for a peaceful evening of yoga at the historic Old Chain of Rocks Bridge as the sun begins to set. Surrounded by the beauty of the Mississippi River and the soft colors of dusk, we’ll move through a gentle, all-levels yoga practice designed to relax the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with nature. Bring your mat (there will be extra if you need one), water, and an open heart. Come stretch, breathe, and find stillness while taking in one of the area’s most memorable sunset views. All experience levels are welcome.
