All levels Hula Hoop Workout Session **When:** Every Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. **Where:** St.Ferdinand Park (25 St.Ferdinand Dr,Florissant,Mo,63031). **Details:** Bring your energy and join us for a fun, high-energy Hula Hoop session! This weekly class is designed to boost your fitness, build community, and add excitement to your workout routine. The Hoops are 3lbs and 5lbs in weights. **What to Bring:** Towel - Water Bottle and Towel **Note:** This class is open to all fitness levels and will be held at the same time and location every Thursday. Stay active, have fun, and connect with others in a motivating outdoor setting. We can’t wait to see you there!
