A kids-only class for making pasta at home from scratch TCS: Kids Cooking - Explore the Pastabilities There are 600 different pasta shapes, but there's still a lot of room for new ones, and kids will have a chance to invent new ones here! We’ll start with some kitchen basics and safety procedures. Then the young chefs will make pasta dough, and then learn how to make some of the hundreds of pasta shapes, and make their own. We’ll then explore some pasta sauces and make up a full meal. This hands-on class is limited to children 8-10 years old, and will be held in the commercial kitchen at Kakao Chocolate in Maplewood. This class will make gluten pasta. Any dietary restrictions must be noted at registration.
