As summer exhales into autumn, we arrive at a sacred threshold—the Autumn Equinox—where light and darkness meet in balance and the Earth begins her quiet journey inward. The Harvest Within is an immersive journey through sound, vibration, meditation, and energy—an invitation to step outside the noise of everyday life and enter a deeper space within yourself. Through a deeply guided meditation, we’ll journey into an inner landscape of golden fields and ripened harvests, returning to the seeds of intention planted within us this spring. Here, we honor how far we have traveled, the storms we have weathered, the love that has carried us, and the unseen fruits that have ripened along the way—wisdom, courage, resilience, healing, gratitude, and growth. From this space, words gradually give way to vibration as we surrender into a Reiki-based sound immersion, woven with Reiki, tuning forks used in biofield practices, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramid, handpan drum, ocean drums, and other acoustic instruments. Waves of sound and resonance create an immersive space for deep relaxation, reflection, energetic awareness, reconnection, and simply receiving. Come gather what has ripened.
