Women’s Safety & Self-Defense Workshop | Xtreme Krav Maga

Join us in person for a fun Women's Safety & Self-Defense Workshop with Xtreme Krav Maga! Parking lots. Shopping. After a night out with the girls. Unfamiliar places. Bring your bestie. Bring your sister. Bring the whole crew. Join Xtreme Krav Maga for a hands-on Women’s Safety & Self-Defense Workshop built around the places and situations women encounter in everyday life. This two-hour workshop takes training beyond the mat by introducing practical awareness, decision-making, and self-defense skills that can be applied to environments like parking lots, shopping areas, parks and trails, venues, nights out, and unfamiliar places. You don’t need previous self-defense or martial arts experience to participate. Our instructors will meet the group where they are, introduce foundational concepts, and give participants opportunities to practice responding to realistic situations in a controlled training environment. Come with an open mind and be ready to participate. You’ll move, think, problem-solve, and get a firsthand look at how self-defense training can help develop stronger awareness, decision-making, physical skills, and confidence over time. This workshop isn’t about learning every answer in two hours. It’s an opportunity to start training, try something new, and better understand what being prepared can look like.
