Corporate Faith - Oct. 12, 2026 - Business Speakers Series - Grant Thompson

Monthly "LIVE" gatherings for Christian executives to anchor faith in leadership, architect sustainable success, and command culture. Grant Thompson, MHRD Grant Thompson has spent nearly two decades building the kind of workplace cultures other leaders point to as the standard , not by accident, but by design. As an HR leader at GardaWorld Security Services, one of the world's largest security and risk management organizations, Grant operates where people strategy meets real-world stakes: safety, scale, and the pressure of leading a workforce that shows up every day in high-consequence environments. Based in the Greater St. Louis area and holding a Master's in Human Resource Development, he brings a practitioner's eye to leadership, grounded in what actually works when culture is tested, not just when it's easy. What sets Grant apart isn't a title; it's the conviction that culture is a leadership discipline, not a department initiative. He speaks with the credibility of someone who has built high-performing teams from the inside, navigating growth, complexity, and the human realities that org charts don't capture. For an audience gathering to sharpen how they lead, Grant offers a rare combination: the operational depth of someone who's done the work, and the clarity to hand that experience to others in a way they can use immediately.
