Join for a Lunch and Learn where Circadian Lighting is the topic of conversation! Thank you Metro Lighting for hosting this event. Metro Lighting is hosting a Lunch and Learn for the designers of the STL area! The topic of discussion will be Circadian Lighting and how to design light with human biology. Circadian lighting is a design approach that aligns artificial lighting with the body's natural biological rhythms, also known as the circadian cycle. These rhythms influence sleep, alertness, hormone production, and overall well-being. Join us for the CEU and stay for the lunch and conversation. See you on October 28th at 11am!!
